    The staff is friendly and respectful (including towards nursing mother's). The food is amazing, more like home cooking than most places.

    On our way through, driving from Texas up to South Dakota, and stopped for a break. BEST lunch decision we made! We ordered the Roast Beef Plate and felt we'd arrived back home. Tender, flavorful, and almost more than we could eat...but we saved room for dessert--home made pie. Yum! And, the service was down-home awesome! We're stopping here next trip through Kansas!
